Ich habe eine Analyse im Englischen geschrieben und bitte um Korrektur. Studiere Englisch erst seit einem Jahr und Schreiben gelingt mir nicht so gut.

Steve Walker - one of the few contemporary English-speaking authors, combining literary works and many other kinds of activity. As a famous athlete, Steve Walker is also known for his short stories. The most popular story of this writer is a short history “The small horse”.
The short story is a first-person narration. The protagonist tells one story about what happened once in his life. So the protagonist is a direct participant in the events described in the story.
The subject of the short history is a story about how the protagonist knows that in his house are leaving small horses, similar in size to the mice. The protagonist encounters for the first this phenomenon and doesn´t know what to do with the little horse, that comes to his house every day. In the end, to insulate themselves from the problems, the protagonist comes to mind about the murder of a horse. Sensing trouble, the horse runs away from his home and never returns.
The exposition of the story, in my opinion, occurs when the protagonist goes to his friends in search of advice on how to proceed with a little magical creature in his house.
The protagonist tells the story of the little horse to his friends, but no one believes. Losing hope for understanding the protagonist is locked into oneself and decides not to tell anyone about his problem. At this point the story, in my opinion, takes place the indirect internal conflict.
The existence of an infinite number of unexplained things on Earth, in my opinion, is the main theme of this story. As the main idea of the text the author singles out human desire to understand the unknown and to influence things, whose nature he did´t know. The protagonist is a common representative of the human race, who believes that he is subject to all in this world.
The denouement of the story comes at the point of the text when the main character decided to go to a neighbor's house to see where from the noise comes. The protagonist takes the torch and walks into the building. For the first he cannot see anything in the building, but then in one of rooms, he discovers a whole new world: a world of little people and little horses. He looks at them and could not believe his eyes: he had never seen anything like it in his life. Frightened by what he saw, the main character goes home, takes the Bible and begins to pray ... At this point, in my opinion, the conflict of the story is allowed: the main character turns to God and begins a new life, believing that the world has many wonderful things about the origin of which he knows nothing.

Bevor ich die Fehler und den Stil verbessere, möchte ich Dir eine andere Anregung für die Interpretation geben, ja?!
Du hast in Deiner Analyse gar nicht beachtet, dass der Ich-Erzähler enthüllt, früher einen Drang gehabt zu haben, ein Songwriter zu werden, demnach eine kreative Ader in sich spürte! Diese Information halte ich persönlich für die entscheidende und auch für die eigentliche Exposition. Sehen wir die Geschichte nämlich aus ihrer Richtung, stellen wir fest, dass das kleine Pferd auch als Manifestation der Kreativität, also Alles dessen gesehen werden kann, das "normale" Menschen nicht empfinden, weil es nur die "Begabten", die "Genies" und die "Kreativen" zu spüren vermögen. Deshalb glaubt ihm auch keiner seiner Bekannten, als er ihnen von dem Pferd erzählt. Er selbst hat seine Kreativität aufgegeben, ja verraten, als ein Bekannter ihm dazu riet, lieber normal zu sein und damit zu überleben. Jetzt macht er einen Job, den er verabscheut und lebt nicht mehr seiner eigentlichen Begabung. Aber diese hat ihn nicht verlassen: er kann das Pferd sehen. Dass er sich in seiner Verunsicherung dazu entscheidet, es lieber zu töten als sich erneut seiner Begabung zu widmen, quittiert das Pferd mit Flucht, doch er folgt seinem Instinkt und findet in der benachbarten Lagerhalle wieder zu seiner großen, umfassenden Kreativität. Doch sie erschreckt ihn und er wendet sich erneut von ihr ab und versucht, sich von ihrem fälschlicherweise als gefährlich verstandenen Einfluss zu befreien - indem er sich durch die Bibellektüre ablenkt.

Nun, ich gebe zu, dass ist eine ziemlich intuitive Interpretation, die ich auch keineswegs durch Recherche belegen könnte, die ich allerdings für durchaus nachvollziehbar halte. Was meinst Du? Vielleicht magst Du ja mal drüber nachdenken?
