"kurzer " text mit der bitte um Korrektur

Hallo ,
ich binn neu hir und mochte euch alle begrüssen und bitte meinen Bewerbungstext zu korrigieren.

Es geht dabei um eine Bewerbung als "Regionaler Game Master" in einem Online Spiel.
Da mein Englisch etwas eingerostet ist (vorallem Grammatik) bitte ich euch um Hilfe.



Nun der Text:

Hello,
Here I apply as a RGM.
In the Forum u search an RGM-Germany with some requirements for the applicant. There is only one point I cannot meet, it is the non-compliant and hasty BANN instead of Lagg. The problem with the Lagg will be ended by the end of February because my ISP sends me Information that the expansion of the Internet in my Town is finished and I will have a better DSL connection.
The reasons for my application are the fact of my Knowledgebase of the game and its rules and this knowledge I will spend for FIAA and the community support. Also I would support RGM WaVeCepToR.
I think that I correspond for the Application and the BANN may be ignored, because the other requirements are be filled. In my opinion the application should be first choice for this job because I'm enrichment and serious strengthening of RGM team and the Community.

I herewith apply as a RGM.
You are looking for a RGM-Germany on the (NAME!!) forum. You also state certain requirements for the applicant. There is only one requirement I cannot meet, which is the non-compliant and fast BANN instead of Lagg. My ISP will send me the necessary information on the internet expansion where I live which will provide me with a better and faster DSL expansion, which will sort the Lagg issue. My ISP is aiming to solve the issue by the end of February.  

I am applying for the job as RGM because I can provide a wide knowledge of the game and its rules which is essential for both the FIAA and the community support. I can also provide excellent RGM WaVeCepToR support.

I think that I correspond for the Application and the BANN may be ignored, because the other requirements are be filled.
 
In my opinion I would be an enrichment to your company and I would be a strong and supportive member of the RGM team and the community.

Darf ich dir einen HR-Tipp geben? Die Zeilen die ich dir unterstrichen bzw. ausgestrichen habe, wuerde ich ueberhaupt nicht erwaehnen. Ich weiss, Ehrlichkeit ist wichtig, aber diese Ehrlichkeit bringt dir in deinem Fall nur eines: deine Bewerbung wird zur Seite gelegt und ignoriert weil hunderte andere dieses Lagg Problem nicht haben. Du musst dich verkaufen! In einem Bewerbungsschreiben muessen positive Dinge stehen, Fakten die dich hervorheben, die dich interessant genug machen um dich in ein Bewerbungsgespraech einladen. Im Bewerbungsgespraech kannst du dann glaenzen und nebenbei sagen: Leider habe ich momentan noch ein kleines Problem mit meinem Internet Service Provider, aber ....
