Guten Morgen. Ich habe da mal wieder was zusammenbekommen und bin mir an manchen Stellen nicht so sicher.
Geht immer noch um " All my sons".

Kate's part in her husband's guilt is that she is trying (tries) to mediate between her husband Joe and her (their) son Chris. She wants to end the quarrel between the (two) both but they are too angry to each other. Kate does not want that Chris goes to Cleveland, because he has a problem with his father and so she tries (is trying) to persuade him to stay.As Ann takes Larry's letter from Kate's hand and wants to give this to Chris, Kate wants that Ann give her the letter back. She does not want that Chris reads this letter of Larry. She says to Joe that he should go to the street because she is afraid how Joe will reacts after reading the letter. After reading the letter Joe takes his jacket and goes to his car because he cannot sleep at home. Kate says to him that he is a fool becuase he has two sons and not only one. But he is of the opinion that they were all his sons. Kate does not want that Chris sents his father to prison because Joe (he) would not alive there and because the war is over. Kate's part in her husband's guilt is that she had let go Joe.

Ann= ex-girlfriend of Larry

Ich versuch's mal, aber eben beim ersten Durchlesen entrang sich doch ein Hääh? meinem Schnabel..

(So, und hier geht's jetzt ziemlich durcheinander mit den Namen, Joe kann doch unmöglich alles selber machen, oder? Nee, ich bringe da keine Ordnung rein. Wer liest den Brief? Ich denke Chris? Wieso nimmt Joe dann seine Jacke und will weg? Ich denke der erschießt sich im Haus?) She says to Joe that he should go to the street because she is afraid how Joe will reacts after reading the letter. Also, leider kann ich den Teil gar nicht aufdröseln, da müsstest Du noch mal dran, ja? Die Fehler will ich danach gerne noch rauspicken. Jetzt habe ich noch nicht korrigiert.

Es ist so, dass Chris den Brief zuerst liest und dann Joe. Und weil Kate Angst hat wie er darauf reagieren wird, sagts sie zu Joe er soll auf die Straße gehen.Das ist bevor er sich tötet. Bei they were all his sons sind auch die 21 Soldaten gemeint.

Aber Du gute(r) Saturn, wenn Du doch schon merkst, dass Deine Sätze für jemanden, der das Stück nicht kennt, unverständlich sind, dann müsstest Du Dir doch eigentlich selbst die Arbeit machen, sie umzuformulieren. Das ist doch nicht unser Job, oder?

Vielleicht versuchst Du es mit etwas weniger "she says that", das ist immer schlecht zu lesen.

Willst Du es vielleicht mal so versuchen:

Nachdem Chris den Brief gelesen hat, möchte sie verhindern, dass Joe ihn liest, denn sie hat Angst vor seiner Reaktion. Deshalb bittet sie ihn, auf die Straße zu gehen. Tatsächlich verläßt Joe das Haus, nachdem er den Brief gelesen hat, denn er hält es dort nicht mehr aus. Kate versucht ihn damit umzustimmen, dass er nicht nur einen, sondern zwei Söhne hat. Aber für Joe sind auch die getöteten Soldaten seine Söhne. Kate will verhindern, dass Chris seinen Vater ins Gefängnis bringt, weil dieser dort nicht überleben würde und außerdem der Krieg vorüber ist. Aber wen lässt sie jetzt gehen? Joe? Oder Chris?

Ok, also ich werde das Ganze noch mal umschreiben , so dass auch ein Außenstehender es versteht.
